Payment is due upon completion of services. In certain cases, a deposit may be required before starting a project. Payments are to be made as specified by Take it Digital, LLC. Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated if clients wish to acknowledge exceptional service.
4. Ownership and Usage of Media
All media assets created by Take it Digital, LLC remain our property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these assets for their intended purpose, including the right to manipulate or change the media for their marketing purposes. These assets are not for resale by clients. We retain the right to resell, reuse, or repurpose these media assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring properties are accessible and prepared for media capture as per agreed requirements. Clients must adhere to the agreed schedules to facilitate timely service delivery.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No Refund Policy
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
– Rescheduling due to unprepared properties may incur an additional trip fee.
– No refunds will be provided after payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. This includes delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Take it Digital, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the provided media assets.

The first 40 miles from the photographer’s home address are included. Beyond this, travel fees apply.

We are not liable for service delays or failures due to unforeseen events beyond our control.
